Mr. Gajanan Jadhav

With over 14 years of experience in academia, is currently pursuing PhD from SVNIT, Surat in the area “Heat Transfer enhancement by using passive techniques”. He holds an M.E. in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA in Operations Management, and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from NMU, Jalgaon. He is also proficient in advanced design software, including AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Catia, Ultimaker Cura, and Ansys.

As an educator, he excels in curriculum development, Teaching Pedagogy, examination and records management. He serves as a Mechanical Engineering Subject Expert, successfully mentoring undergraduate and postgraduate projects, coordinating training programs, and contributing to academic research. Passionate about the advancement of the teaching-learning process, he is a strong proponent for Project-Based Learning methodologies. An associate member of the Institution of Engineers (India) and the Combustion Institute-Indian Section, Chennai.
