At NAMTECH’s School for Technical Education, our mission is to train and transform India’s technician workforce into Industry 4.0–ready conscious technologists. We focus on equipping learners with advanced technical and digital skills, combined with systems thinking and ethical responsibility — creating professionals who can build, innovate, and adapt in a rapidly evolving industrial landscape.
Through our flagship International Professional Technologists Programme (iPTP) and the ITI Outreach Programme, we bring experiential learning, automation, robotics, and smart manufacturing exposure to ITI and diploma students across India. We are committed to democratizing access to new-age skills and nurturing a generation of skilled professionals who combine craftsmanship with consciousness.
The school leads NAMTECH’s nationwide initiative of “Sharing Technology” — extending world-class technical training to those who lack access through outreach programmes, skill hubs, and the Moving Campus initiative. Our academic collaboration with ITE Singapore, a globally acclaimed leader in technical education, ensures that every programme meets international standards of hands-on learning, pedagogy, and certification.
Vision
The NAMTECH School for Technical Education envisions a future where every technician is a creator, problem-solver, and conscious technologist — contributing to India’s transformation into a global manufacturing and innovation hub.
Anchored on the pillars of Technology Access, Industry 4.0 Readiness, and Social Impact, the School integrates global pedagogy, advanced laboratories, and real-world problem-solving into its curriculum. The programmes are co-developed with industry partners and academic collaborators such as ITE Singapore, ensuring strong linkages between learning outcomes and employability.
The school’s hub-and-spoke implementation model, successfully piloted across 10 ITIs in Mehsana district, has demonstrated measurable impact in improving learning and career outcomes. This scalable and sustainable model now forms the foundation of NAMTECH’s vision to partner with the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) and various State Governments under the newly launched PM-SETU scheme. Our goal is to replicate this model across 500 ITIs over the next decade, driving systemic improvement in technical education nationwide.
Through these initiatives, NAMTECH aims to build a vibrant ecosystem that bridges the skill divide, empowers underserved learners, and supports India’s Viksit Bharat @ 2047 vision by preparing a future-ready workforce for the manufacturing sector.

Our programmes, developed in partnership with ITE Singapore, leaders in manufacturing industry and technology experts, are rooted in experiential learning and global best practices. Whether through our residential training at Gandhinagar or through our outreach programmes that reach ITIs and rural communities, we bring world-class technical education to learners where they are.
Having successfully demonstrated the impact of our hub-and-spoke model in Mehsana, we now aim to scale this innovation through partnerships with MSDE and State Skill Missions — impacting 500 ITIs across India in the next 10 years.
