This Diwali, NAMTECH celebrated the festival of lights in style with an engaging event that brought the team together in vibrant spirit. The day was kicked off with an exhilarating Drum Circle, where energetic rhythms and melodies were experienced by employees, creating a joyful atmosphere.

A delicious lunch was also hosted for Diwali, enhancing the festive spirit.

Following the tradition of festivities, a lively game of Tambola was hosted, which sparked laughter and camaraderie among colleagues.

The excitement didn’t stop there! Mr. & Ms. Ethnic competition was introduced, celebrating the rich cultural diversity of the team. Winners in each category were recognized for their stunning traditional attire. As the festivities continued, Tambola winners were awarded, capping off a day filled with fun and celebration.

Together, a vibrant and inclusive culture that embraces and celebrates unity is nurtured at NAMTECH.

At NAMTECH, we recently embraced the vibrant spirit of Navratri with a joyous celebration that brought together our team in a festive atmosphere. The celebration began with a heartfelt Pooja and Aarti dedicated to Ambe Mata, where employees gathered to seek blessings and share in the spirit of devotion.

Following the Pooja, the energy shifted to the dance floor with a lively Garba session. Employees showcased their dance moves, celebrating together in a display of enthusiasm and unity.

To wrap up the festivities, we indulged in a delectable spread of Gujarati snacks that added a delicious touch to our celebration.

Our Navratri celebration was filled with positivity and camaraderie, setting the perfect tone for the festivities ahead thus, reflecting the vibrant culture of NAMTECH and the strong sense of community we cherish.

On International Women’s Day, we wanted to give a big shoutout to all the amazing ladies of NAMTECH! For making our workforce so much better. Namtech HR has planned a two-day Women’s Day event to make the ladies feel special. The activities include yoga sessions and the inspirational speech & interaction of Gauri Ma’am (Board Member).

The Yoga Session on Day 1 was conducted with the aim of promoting physical and mental well-being among the female employees of Namtech. It was a relaxing and refreshing experience for everyone involved.

On Day 2, Dr. Gauri Trivedi’s Women’s Day Talk shed light on the progress women have made over the years in various fields and emphasized the importance of continued empowerment and support for women in society. Her insightful presentation resonated with the audience and sparked meaningful discussions which was followed by the High Tea, The combination of Shivratri and Women’s Day made the celebration even more special and meaningful.

Overall, the two-day event was awesome! It really showed how Namtech is all about supporting gender diversity and empowering women.. It was a memorable and inspiring way to celebrate Women’s Day and honour the women who are an integral part of Namtech’s success.

We at Namtech promote the fun along with the fitness, with the same intension NPL was organized by the HR Team, It was an exiting cricket tournament where six teams competed for the Trophy of NPL. Team Dry States, Team Blasters, Team Bashers, Team Baazigar, Team Gladiator, and Team Parakrami all competed against each other!

After some intense matches, it was Gladiator, Blasters, Bashers, and Parakrami who made it to the Semi Finals. The competition was tough, but Gladiator and Parakrami made it to the Finals!

It was a nail-biting competition, Team Gladiator and Team Parakrami gave it their all on the field. But in the end, it was Team Parakrami who won the title of NPL champions .

The Namtech Premier League was a blast, full of fun and excitement. Congrats to the Team Parakrami for their epic win in the NPL! A big thanks to the audience and commentators who supported and cheered all the teams throughout the tournament!

At NAMTECH this year’s Independence Day celebration was nothing short of spectacular! Our event was a vibrant blend of joy, creativity, and inspiration, bringing our team together in a truly memorable way.

We kicked off the day with a series of exhilarating performances that left everyone in awe. From electrifying jamming session to some mind-blowing acts, our talented colleagues showcased their diverse skills, making the event a true showcase of our collective creativity.

Adding to the excitement, we engaged in a stimulating quiz that tested our knowledge about our country. It was a fantastic way to blend fun with learning, and it was evident that everyone relished the challenge.

The event was concluded with a scrumptious lunch for all team members!

Overall, it was a day filled with laughter, learning, and inspiration. We are grateful to everyone who contributed to making this Independence Day celebration a success. Here’s to more such events that unite us and ignite our passion for excellence!

HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY!!

On the occasion of Uttrayan, the HR team organized a vibrant celebration of the Kite Festival at the campus to make sure the employees keep mingling with each other alongwith keeping the traditions alive.

The event was a cheerful gathering where employees came together to fly kites, enjoyed traditional delicacies like Til ke Chikkis, Gajak and engaged in friendly kite-flying competitions.

The festive atmosphere brought a sense of joy and camaraderie among the employees, making it a memorable day filled with fun and cultural celebrations.

The employees along with the Leadership gathered for a team dinner organized at ITC Narmada. The evening was filled with food, laughter, and meaningful conversations. The team bonded over a variety of cuisines, from Indian to International dishes, and enjoyed the beautiful ambiance of the restaurant. It was a great opportunity for everyone to unwind and relax outside of the office setting. The team dinner not only strengthened relationships within the team but also showed the appreciation and support from the leadership towards its employees.

Laughter is the best medicine, it’s important to keep our mental and physical health in check. At NAMTECH want our employees to be stress free, relieved from the daily hustles.

During the Pre-Launch while the entire team was working towards a common goal rigorously, it was important for all the come together for a lighter bonding session. That’s when a unique activity was organized for the employees to celebrate World Laughter Week. Employees were encouraged to sketch each other’s personalities, aiming to capture the essence of their assigned colleague’s personality, this brought widest of smiles across all the team members as the bond strengthened.

At NAMTECH, we believe in a healthy work-life balance for all the employees working on our campus. With the same intention, a one-day trip was planned to Madhuban Resorts, Anand where employees along with their family were invited.

In the first part of the day, a short visit to Amul Dairy plant was planned where everyone got to witness the process of milk production and its conversion into dairy products. It was followed by a lavish lunch and an address by all leadership to the team members. Later to break the ice, team building activities and games were organized that encountered hearty participation from employees and their families.

To mark the successful launch of the first batch of NAMTECH, an extravagant employee Get-together was organized. This was a much-needed retreat since the team had been working tirelessly working towards the launch.

The gathering was arranged at the Hotel Grand Mercure at Gift City for all the employees of NAMTECH. The evening comprised of fun games like musical chair, passing-of-the-parcel that reminisced childhood days of all.

Post that the team members could enjoy an equally hearty meal with numerous live and mocktail counters with a pleasant pool side view.
