The NAMTECH Outreach Programme is a national skilling movement designed to bridge the gap between traditional vocational education and Industry 4.0 needs. By transforming ITIs into centers of advanced manufacturing excellence, the programme equips students with future-ready technical and digital competencies, preparing them for high-growth careers in India’s evolving industrial ecosystem.

Phygital Training
Combination of digital learning (AR/VR, simulations) and physical training in Technical labs at Hubs.

- Training Duration:
- 160 hours of assisted learning.
- 168 hours of self-learning.
- 150 hours Hands-on learning in industrial automation, precision engineering, Advanced Welding, Advanced Automotive and Energy automation.
- Globally Recognized Certifications (ITES Singapore).
- Technical Workshop Trainings: Focused on automation, precision engineering, and digital manufacturing.
