Namrata is a leading expert in Sustainability and ESG strategy with 28 years of experience working with India’s top companies. She has helped organizations across sectors—from manufacturing to fashion and healthcare—adopt Net Zero principles and build green business models. Her previous roles include Director of Strategy & Brand at Futurescape and Senior Advisor in Sustainability at McKinsey India.
She is also a respected thought leader and educator, having authored two books, published over 250 articles, and contributed case studies to Harvard Business Review. Namrata co-authors the Responsible Business Rankings and teaches at IIM Udaipur and OP Jindal Global University. She represents India as an Ambassador for the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership.
