Mr. Neeraj Agarwal
Mr. Neeraj Agarwal is a multidisciplinary entrepreneur and technology leader with over two decades of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Digital Transformation, Sustainability, Renewable Energy, Carbon Management, IoT, Cybersecurity, and Advanced Manufacturing Systems. He holds a B.Tech. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from IIT Kanpur, India, an M.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering (with a focus on AI Systems) from the University of Connecticut, USA, and an M.Eng. in Engineering from MIT, USA.
Mr. Agarwal currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of STPL Inc., SRM TechSol Pvt. Ltd., Cyberplex Solutions Pvt. Ltd., and Carbon Compass Services LLP, and as the Chief Global Strategy Officer & Board Advisor at GREX Inc. Throughout his career, he has led pioneering initiatives in Artificial Intelligence, industrial automation, IoT, cybersecurity, environmental intelligence, carbon management, ESG, and digital transformation. His expertise spans the development and deployment of AI-powered solutions, intelligent automation, predictive analytics, sustainability technologies, and carbon intelligence platforms across diverse industry sectors.
Beyond his corporate leadership, Mr. Agarwal is deeply committed to advancing industry-academia collaboration. He has actively contributed to mentoring emerging talent, curriculum development, research initiatives, innovation programmes, and knowledge-sharing platforms, helping bridge the gap between academic learning and industry practice.
As Adjunct Faculty at the Centre of Advanced Computing & AI, NAMTECH, Mr. Agarwal will contribute to enriching the academic ecosystem through guest lectures, student mentoring, collaborative research, curriculum enhancement, and industry engagement. His extensive industry experience and strategic perspective will enrich the learning ecosystem at NAMTECH and create meaningful opportunities for students and faculty in Advanced Computing & Artificial Intelligence.
