NAMTECH had the privilege of hosting Naveen Jindal, Member of Parliament, Chairman of Jindal Steel and Power, and Chancellor of O.P. Jindal Global University, during his visit to the campus.
During the visit, Mr. Jindal toured NAMTECH’s advanced laboratories, including the Robotics, Precision Engineering, and Additive Manufacturing labs, gaining first-hand exposure to the institute’s hands-on, industry-integrated learning environment. He also interacted with students and faculty, engaging in meaningful conversations around skilling, innovation, and experiential education.
A key highlight of the visit was Mr. Jindal’s interaction with students, where he emphasised perseverance, well-being, and purpose-driven learning. He also expressed interest in exploring collaboration with NAMTECH to support the upgradation of ITIs in his constituency of Kurukshetra, as well as broader academic and skilling collaborations with O.P. Jindal Global University.
Overall, the engagement reflected a shared commitment to building future-ready talent through outcome-oriented and skill-focused education.
