Rajkumar Sharma is a researcher and academician with specialization in Operations Management and Supply Chain Management. He has submitted his thesis on topic “Study and Design of an Optimum Downstream Grain Supply Chain” in the Department of Management at Birla Institute of Technology and Science Pilani, Pilani Campus.
Before joining BITS, he worked as a proficient production engineer in the operations department of Secure Meters Ltd, Ahmedabad. He has around 4 years of industrial experience. His experience is related to operations management, manufacturing, quality management, and supply chain management.
His research interests are Supply chain optimization, Supply chain analytics, and agriculture supply chain management. He has published his work in reputed journals, including B and C in the ABDC list and Q1 and Q2 in the Scopus list. He has attended and presented his research work at various international conferences.
