About the Master Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology and Management

Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology and Management is a fully residential, 2- year master programme offered by NAMTECH in collaboration with Technical University of Munich (TUM) Asia, Singapore.

The course build on the foundation provided by a B.E./B.Tech degree, offering a curriculum that is grounded in actual semiconductor job roles catering to evolving ecosystem in India and abroad.

It integrates immersion opportunities at world class cleanrooms, real-industry driven projects, advanced competencies, and theories to create future engineers.

Starting with this batch, we will be preparing our students to excel in dynamic, highly competitive, and specialized semiconductor industries, preparing them to tackle future challenges with foresight and expertise.

The curriculum is systematically structured over four semesters, beginning with a strong foundation in Semester 1 that includes MIT’s distinguished 2.008N course from the USA. Semester 2 advances to domain-specific electives that deepen disciplinary expertise, while Semesters 3 and 4 culminate in an applied Capstone Project. Throughout the programme, meta-skills are intentionally developed and integrated to support holistic academic and professional growth.

One-time Payments

  1. Admissions/ Seat Blocking Fee of INR 1,00,000 at the time of Offer Confirmation Fee payment. The amount shall be adjusted against refundable security deposit (Rs. 25000/-) and the payable tuition fee instalment.
  2. Security Deposit (refundable) of INR 25,000 included in Seat Blocking fees at the time of Offer Confirmation Fee payment. The Security Deposit will be refunded at the time of graduation from NAMTECH, or it will be adjusted against the outstanding dues in respect of the student or at the time of withdrawal of admission from the programme

Scholarships

Scholarship of up to 100% on tuition fees are awarded based on academic performance, interview, and family income. Please note that seats are limited, and the final decision rests with the admissions & scholarships committee.
