The Master Program in Smart Manufacturing Technology and Management is Two year residential program in Smart Manufacturing & AI, designed to cultivate industry-ready professionals who can make an immediate impact in Manufacturing, Engineering, and Technology (MET) domains. Offered in collaboration with the Technical University of Munich (TUM) Germany (Asia Campus) – Singapore, a globally top-ranked institution (ranked 28th in the QS World University Rankings 2025), iPMP builds on a B.E./B.Tech foundation and integrates MIT USA’s 2.008N – Design & Manufacturing II, providing hands-on experience in product design, prototyping, and mass production—critical for global competitiveness.

Program Overview

The curriculum is systematically structured over four semesters, begins with a strong foundation in Semester 1 and progresses to advanced concepts in Semesters 2 and 3.
Upon completion of the first year, students will undergo a summer internship. The program culminates in a hands-on Capstone Project in industry during Semester 4. Throughout the program, meta-skills are intentionally taught and integrated to support holistic academic and professional growth.

1. Candidate with B.E./B.Tech. with minimum 60% marks in 12th, 10th and graduation or equivalent CGPA from a recognized Indian university or institute. (No active backlog)

2. A score in CAT/ XAT/GMAT/GRE/GATE is preferred.

3. Open school students are not eligible.

One-time Payments

    1. Admissions / Seat Blocking Fee: The candidate is required to pay ₹25,000/- as acceptance of the offer and to confirm admission within the stipulated time mentioned in the LOI, subject to the availability of seats in the application cycle.
    2. The amount of ₹25,000/- shall be adjusted against the Security Deposit (refundable).
    3. The refundable Security Deposit of ₹25,000/-, collected during seat blocking , will be refunded at the time of graduation from NAMTECH or adjusted against any outstanding dues of the student, or at the time of withdrawal from the program.

Scholarships

Scholarship of up to 100% on tuition fees are awarded based on academic performance, interview, and family income. Please note that seats are limited, and the final decision rests with the admissions & scholarships committee.

NAMTECH has partnered with ICICI Bank to easily make education loans available to its students.

  2. Loan amount of up to INR 20 Lakhs for higher studies to cover all educational expenses like tuition fees, hostel and living expensest
  3. 100% income tax benefit for interest paid under Section 80E of IT Act
