With a demonstrated history of more than 30 years in providing pneumatics, PLC, Mechatronics, sensors, electric drives and robotics, Teck Kong is instrumental in providing training and engineering solutions for a diverse portfolio of manufacturing companies to keep up with the latest market changes. Having worked as the Customer Solution Manager and Product Marketing Manager at Festo Pte Ltd providing technical advice to internal and external customers in implementing control automation, Teck Kong accumulated a wealth of experience in developing and executing specialised training programmes for long-term professional development of the workforce. Currently helms the role of a Manager in Training and Support at Festo Didactic, Teck Kong is responsible for developing plans and strategies for the Training and Support division across the Asia Pacific region through partnerships with educational institutes, public institutions and companies to design tailored training solutions and implementation of course curricula that led to the upskilling of numerous workforce that are future ready.
