Harold is the Industrial Automation Specialist of Festo and is responsible for the development of the industrial automation training curriculum and training equipment related to Industry 4.0 and Digital Transformation. With more than 20 years of industry experience working in various capacities within renowned multinational companies such as Emerson, Festo, and Advanced Semiconductor Engineering, Harold is kept on the latest pulse of the latest industry trends and innovations. From 2014, he led various digitalisation solutions for Emerson Asia Pacific Pte Ltd, providing wireless product services, technical support, wireless architecture design, system maintenance, as well as commissioning and troubleshooting services for DeltaV DCS hardware/software. Having gained a deep understanding of the market needs and an Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance conferred by the Institute for Adult Learning Singapore, Harold uses his industry experience and insights to deliver curated didactic models of specialised courses to various working professionals from all over the world.
