Jay Fedora is a seasoned consultant with his areas of expertise being strategic planning, operational excellence, and organization change management, applying his ability in Lean Six Sigma, performance measurement and team facilitation techniques. He has over 35 years of experience in helping organizations in healthcare, manufacturing, financial and professional services achieve their strategic goals and improve performance.
After a long career with a large global consulting firm, Jay founded his own consultancy, Measure by Measure Consulting. He is enthusiastic about helping his clients achieve their desired outcomes and realize their full potential. He is known for his analytical, creative, and collaborative approach, as well as his ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Jay obtained his Bachelor’s degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis. He is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and a certified Project Management Professional. He is also a member of the American Society for Quality and the Institute of Management Consultants and has published several articles on topics related to his field.
