Mr. Sachin Mardikar

Mr. Sachin Mardikar is a Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant by qualification. He has also completed the Management Program for Finance Professionals from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bangalore. He brings over 30 years of rich experience in finance leadership, regulatory compliance, strategic planning, and institutional governance, having worked across diverse sectors.

As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at NAMTECH, he leads the finance function and is responsible for financial strategy, statutory compliance, budgeting, treasury management, and institutional financial controls. He also oversees the Legal and Procurement functions, ensuring strong governance, regulatory compliance, and operational discipline across these areas.

Before joining NAMTECH, Mr. Mardikar spent over a decade as Chief Financial Officer at Reliance Foundation, the CSR arm of Reliance Industries Limited. In this role, he led finance, compliance, and governance across several Section 8 companies and charitable trusts, helping strengthen financial systems while supporting large-scale social impact initiatives across India.

Throughout his career, he has been guided by a strong commitment to creating meaningful and positive impact.
