As former Regional CIO at Thales — a €22B French multinational operating across 68 countries — he led end-to-end digital transformation across Africa, Eurasia, and India, established Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India, and built cybersecurity and IT infrastructure frameworks safeguarding mission-critical operations. He is widely recognised for cultivating high-performing teams and cultures that deliver measurable, lasting outcomes.
