Bibek Chattopadhyay

Bibek Chattopadhyay is a passionate driver of the communication profession for more than three decades. In his last role as Chief Communication Officer for ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India, a joint venture of world two leading steel manufacturers ArcelorMittal ( The world 2nd largest Steel producers ) and Nippon Steel. He designed a 360-degree brand strategy for the organization for developing a new brand i.e. AM/NS India from its scratches, and successfully positioned it among the leading of steel player in India.

Prior to, he led communication department of Holcim India (a major Swiss cement producer) and its South Asian(SESA) region, wherein he was responsible for setting up an Integrated communication strategy of two major cement brands in India i.e. ACC and Ambuja Cement.
In his decades long journey as a communications specialist, he led Corporate Communication department of large corporate houses such as Tata Communications, Tech Mahindra, and Vedanta Group wherein he successfully launched many leading brands in the country such as Tata Indicom (the first ever private internet and CDMA mobile service in India) in 2002 and a new Brand launch of Tech Mahindra in 2006 (A joint venture between Mahindra group and British Telecom) to name a few.
