Advancing Circular Manufacturing Through Engineering and Technology
Manufacturing engineering is central to the transition towards circular production. The shift towards circular manufacturing is reshaping the engineering agenda from resource efficiency and process optimisation to product design, material use and production systems, with increasing emphasis on automation, digitalisation, remanufacturing, end-of-life recovery and reuse.
MET4CE brings this agenda into focus through a focused session bringing together industry, academia and technology leaders to explore how Manufacturing Engineering & Technology, Industry 4.0, AI and advanced production systems can accelerate the transition towards resource-efficient, resilient and circular manufacturing.
The MET4CE Focus
MET4CE examines the engineering and capability shifts required to make circular manufacturing technically viable, scalable and industrially relevant.
