Darshan Pandya

Dr. Darshan Pandya is an Assistant Professor at the Centre for Management Studies, NAMTECH, Gandhinagar. He holds a Ph.D. in Operations Management and Quantitative Techniques from the Indian Institute of Management Raipur and a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from CHARUSAT, Gujarat.

His academic and research interests lie at the intersection of operations and supply chain management, digital transformation, Industry 4.0 and 5.0, sustainability, analytics, and technology-enabled organizational resilience. Before joining NAMTECH, he served at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Noida, and the School of Business Management, NMIMS University, Mumbai.

His research has been published in the Journal of Business & Industrial Marketing, Service Business, and Decision. He has presented his work at international forums, including the POMS Conference, the Decision Sciences Institute Conference, and the IEOM Conference. Dr. Pandya has also delivered executive education modules on Project Management and Operations Excellence for mid-level managers at the L&T Leadership Development Academy. He received a Faculty Excellence Award in 2026 and actively contributes to industry-oriented teaching, curriculum development, research, and academic engagement.
