Dr. Mohit Pandey

Dr. Mohit Pandey completed his Ph.D. from Department of Design and B.Tech. from Department of Chemical Engineering from IIT Kanpur. His research focuses on advanced surface and interface engineering, nanotechnology, energy storage devices, microfluidics, biomedical engineering, wearable technology, medical systems, and healthcare entrepreneurship.

His doctoral thesis explored surface-driven solutions for biomedical and industrial applications using sulfonation, laser treatment, and plasma technology. A recipient of the prestigious 18-month SIB SHInE fellowship (DBT-sponsored, IIT Kanpur-KGMU Lucknow), he conducted 4+ months of clinical immersion across 30+ departments at KGMU to identify medtech gaps. He also participated in Indo-German Innovators Connect Tandem 2025 and served as Design Mentor/Jury at Smart India Hackathon (MHRD).

As Technical Analyst at Treacle Technologies Pvt. Ltd., he assisted CXOs in operations and growth. With peer-reviewed articles, book chapters, patents, Dr. Pandey bridges academia and industry for sustainable impact.
