About the Fellowship Programme

A fellowship programme is a structured, immersive learning experience that goes beyond traditional internships by combining academic concepts with real-world application, mentorship, and outcome-driven projects.

The NAMTECH Fellowship is a 2-month hybrid programme designed for final-year B.Tech students, created with a clear mission:
to bridge the gap between classroom learning and the evolving needs of modern manufacturing industries.

As industries rapidly adopt technologies such as automation, smart manufacturing, robotics, and sustainability-driven systems, there is a growing need for talent that is not only technically sound but also industry-ready from day one. This fellowship has been introduced to address that need by enabling students to gain practical exposure, hands-on experience, and domain-specific skills across emerging sectors including Robotics, Smart Manufacturing, Sustainability, Semiconductors, and Automotive.

The programme follows a blended learning approach:

Online Component:

Concept building and guided challenges through expert-led virtual sessions

On-Campus Component:

Hands-on project execution on NAMTECH’s Industry 4.0 factory floor, working with live machines and real production data

By the end of the programme, participants move beyond theoretical understanding to applied learning, project execution, and industry exposure, making them better prepared for the demands of next-generation careers.

Who is it For

Students currently pursuing B.Tech ( 4th year ,8th semester) from a recognised institute or university, with a minimum of 6.0 CGPA or 60% marks, and no active backlogs.
