Her extensive hands-on expertise spans both domestic and international landscapes, underscoring her ability to deliver impactful HR solutions globally.
As Director – Human Resources at NAMTECH, she spearheads the design and implementation of strategic HR initiatives aligned with the institution’s mission to cultivate a high-performance, future-ready workforce. Her focus encompasses talent strategy, organizational development, culture, and the overall employee experience.
Prior to joining NAMTECH, she worked as Director at O.P. Jindal Global University. In that role, she was instrumental in driving organizational transformation and instilling a culture of continuous learning and performance excellence. Poonam also held senior HR leadership roles, including Vice President – HR at ScoopWhoop and Head of Human Resources at Columbia Sportswear, where she contributed to building agile and people-centric workplaces in fast-paced, growth-oriented settings.
