Dr. Murali Dibbanti

Dr. Murali Krishna Dibbanti brings over 16 years of combined industry and academic expertise, acquired across Europe and India. He holds a European doctorate (Ph.D.) in Materials Science from the University of Milano-Bicocca, Italy, Leibniz-Institut für Polymerforschung, Dresden, Germany and the Institute of Polymer Science and Technology, Spanish National Research Council, Madrid, Spain.

He was awarded prestigious Physics and Chemistry of Advanced Materials (PCAM) European doctorate fellowship for pursuing his PhD. His research and teaching interests encompass a wide array of topics, including polymer technology, Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) spectroscopy of polymers and thin films for Solar thermal applications. His teaching interests are Smart Manufacturing, Sustainability, Circular Economy, Industry 4.0, Lean manufacturing, and management.

He is a Certified Smart Industry Readiness Index (SIRI) Assessor. Previously worked with International Advanced Research Centre for Powder Metallurgy and New Materials (ARCI), Hyderabad, India, Pirelli Tyres Global R&D, Milan, Italy, Bridgestone (EMEA) Europe, Apollo Tyres and CEAT Ltd.
